Our story started with one question.

Why does industry use so much water and energy when modern chemistry allows to reduce its use?

KABI CHEMIE was created in 2022 with the belief that industry does not have to choose between profitability and responsible water management.

This is how the KCAQUA technology was created: the author's water conditioning program, which combines installation protection with measurable resource and cost savings.

How does KCAQUA technology differ from conventional boiler-water treatment?

KCAQUA is based on the original polymer and phosphonate based technology, which allows to achieve higher performance of the installation while reducing water and energy consumption. In many cases, it reduces the blowdown frequency.

Does KCAQUA replace the treatment chemicals currently in use?

Yes. The KCAQUA chemical treatment programme can replace existing solutions used in steam boilers, cooling systems and selected industrial systems.

How much can KCAQUA technology save?

This depends on the type of installation, water quality and the chemical programme currently used. In selected cases, water and energy savings reach up to 70%.

Why does saving water also save energy?

Each liter of hot water removed from the installation means the loss of energy. Reduce water discharges and exchanges also reduces the energy needed to heat or cool the system.
