Company / Cooperation model
Since diagnosis to the result.
Each step ends with the decision, the scope of responsibility and the data needed to assess the effect.
Four readable stages
First we understand the installation. Only then do we propose action.
The range is selected to the real problem. Each step has a specific objective, result and person responsible.
- 01
Technical identification
We determine the type of installation, symptoms, problem history and available data. If you need a visit or a sample, we specify the range before arrival.
Result: data list and next step. - 02
Diagnosis and action plan
We combine water analysis, viewing, automation and media costs. We separate the cause from the effects and set priorities.
Result: recommendation with scope and evaluation criteria. - 03
Secure implementation
We launch the KCAQUA programme, configure dosing, monitoring points and the response to deviations. The plant team knows what to monitor.
Result: running program and clear target parameters. - 04
Monitoring and Impact Assessment
We compare the data, adjust the settings and report the impact on water, energy, installation status and continuity of the process.
Result: a decision based on comparable data.
One responsibility
Every side knows what they're responsible for.
This shortens implementation, reduces errors and allows you to evaluate the effect without shifting responsibility between chemistry, automation and operation.
- diagnosis and selection of program,
- dosing and control parameters,
- interpretation of results and corrections,
- clear report with recommendation.
- access to installations and data,
- information about load changes,
- implementation of agreed checks,
- rapid response to deviations.
Specific result
After each step, a useful decision is taken.
The documentation is intended to help the plant work, not just close the meeting.
- Risk Map
- What affects sediments, corrosion, media consumption or process stability and which areas require response.
- Implementation plan
- Programme scope, sequence of activities, required system preparation and conditions for a safe start-up.
- Control standard
- Parameters, measurement frequency, target values and behaviour at deviation.
- Assessment of the result
- Base and current data compiled so that the result is understandable to technology, production and management.
Our commitment
We don't promise without data. The effect is confirmed in the installation.
From the beginning we determine what we measure, when we evaluate the result and on what basis we make another decision.
First step
Let's start with a brief diagnosis of the installation.
Enter the layout type and main problem. We will indicate the data needed for the first decision.
