Does the system need to be dismantled?

In many cases, cleaning is carried out in a closed circuit through available shortcuts, without dismantling the device. The ultimate method depends on geometry, flow, sediment type and the possibility of safe separation of the installation.

How is the appropriate treatment product selected?

The selection is based on a sample of sediment, construction materials and working conditions. We check the response effectiveness and compatibility with metals, seals and auxiliary elements.

How is the cleaning process controlled?

We monitor parameters suitable for the technology used, including temperature, reaction, time, circulation and reaction. The completion criteria are established before the work begins.

What happens to the solution after cleaning?

The method of neutralisation and management is determined in accordance with the composition of the bath, the conditions of the plant and the applicable requirements. We do not automatically assume that the washing can go to the sewage system.
