If you see scale, corrosion, biofilm, increased conductivity, decreased performance or membrane problems, you don't need to know the reason immediately. In the conversation, we order the symptoms, the data and the most reasonable first step.

Is the consultation really free of charge?

Yes. The first technical interview and preliminary diagnosis of the problem are free of charge. They do not oblige to purchase chemistry, audit or service.

Do I need water-analysis results?

No. If you have results, we will analyze them in the context of the installation. If you do not have them, we will indicate which parameters are worth checking: pH, hardness, conductivity, chloride, iron, alkalinity, TDS or microbiology.

Which technical data help speed up diagnosis?

The most helpful are: installation type, water source, test results, conductivity, hardness, symptoms, sediment photos, cleaning history, make-up water consumption and current dosing information.

What if I know the symptom but not the cause?

That's enough for a start. A symptom such as scale, corrosion, slippery sediments, a decrease in heat exchange, an increase in conductivity or frequent alarms allows you to narrow the direction of diagnosis.

Can you assess the current chemical treatment programme?

Yes. We can discuss applied chemistry, dosing points, doses, automation, control parameters and effects in the installation. It's not the name of the treatment product itself, it's whether the program really fits the work of the circulation.

When is a discussion insufficient and an audit required?

The audit makes sense when the problem returns, the installation has several circuits, the results are inconsistent, corrosion occurs, rapid sedimentation or you want to count water, sewage, energy and savings potential.

What do you inspect in a steam-boiler house?

We look at hardness, pH, conductivity, blowdown, blowdown, water consumption, condensate quality, scale history, treatment station operation and the risk of fuel loss by worse heat exchange.

What do you inspect in a cooling tower or condenser?

We analyze concentration cycles, conductivity, blowdown, hardness, pH, microbiology, biofilm, zinc corrosion, make-up water quality and sediment influence on cooling efficiency.

Does the consultation cover RO membranes?

Yes. At RO we ask about the quality of raw water, recovery, flows, pressure difference, permeate quality, flushing, CIP history and risk of mineral deposits, iron, chlorine and organic pollutants.

Yes, if there's data to calculate the loss. We analyse water, sewage, energy, fuel, cleaning frequency, blowdown and the influence of sludges on heat exchange.
