KCAQUA Technology

KCAQUA.
Chemistry conducted on data.

We select chemistry, dosing and control range for actual installation operation. The program responds to changes in water quality, boiler load and condensate share.

KCAQUA system

The treatment product is an element.
The program creates the result.

KCAQUA combines water analysis, chemical functions, dosing automation and engineering supervision. Each layer of the program is responsible for another part of the stable work of the boiler room.

Identification of water and installations

We combine test results with boiler load, condensate involvement and treatment.

Selection of program functions

We set protection against sediment and corrosion and target values for a particular boiler room.

Work-compatible dosing

The dose can follow the flow of water or change the load, instead of remaining constant.

Control of trends and corrections

We evaluate direction of change, media consumption and the effect of the program, not a single result without context.

How we run the program

From the starting point to stable work.

First, we're going to order the data. Then we design the program, run the dosing and confirm the effect based on trends.

Checkpoints

Measurements show when to correct the program.

We don't multiply parameters without need. We choose those that help you make decisions about dosage, blowdown and protection of installations.

Metal-resistance and protection

It shows whether the conditions support steel protection in the boiler and condensate circulation.

surface protection

Oxygen and condensate

Helps evaluate degassing work and risk of corrosion throughout the steam cycle.

installation durability

Conductivity and blowdown

Allows to maintain boiler water quality without unnecessary loss of hot water.

water and energy

Flow and dose

It combines water consumption with the actual amount of the treatment product administered to the installation.

program stability

Effect in installation

The program is to be visible in the boiler room's work.

The effectiveness is confirmed by water results, dosing, media consumption and observations from operation. This allows you to know what works and when correction is needed.

See implementation in boiler room Fako

Repeatable Parameters

Support works according to clear target values and response to deviations.

Appropriate dose

The dosing corresponds to the current flow and load of the installation.

Less intervention

Changes are seen in trends before they become a costly problem.

Readable report

Technical results are combined with the impact of the program on water, energy and operation.

FAQ

The most common questions before implementing KCAQUA.

specifically about selection, dosing, measurement and confirmation of the effects of the program.

How does KCAQUA differ from a general-purpose treatment product?

KCAQUA as a program. Includes water and installation recognition, chemical function selection, dose determination, dosing activation and performance control. The treatment product is an important element, but it does not replace the whole process.

How is the treatment-product dose selected?

We take into account the flow of make-up water, the quality of treatment, alkalineity, hardness, boiler conditions, the share of condensate and the expected effect of the program. We confirm the dose by measuring and correcting when started.

How often should the parameters be checked?

At the beginning of the programme, measurements are performed more frequently to stabilise the installation. Later rhythm depends on risk, load variation, automation and repeatability of results.

Can KCAQUA work with existing dosing pumps?

Most often, as long as the pumps have proper performance, adjustment range and compatible materials. Before implementation, we check their condition, injection point and method of control.

How do you verify the programme's results?

We compare trends of water parameters, dosing, blowdown and media consumption, as well as observations from the installation revision. The conclusions are recorded in the report together with recommendations for further corrections.
