Oxygen and inappropriate pH
Dissolved oxygen and outside the correct range accelerate the corrosion of steel and the formation of local damage.
Solutions / Corrosive protection
We combine assessment of water, materials and working conditions with proper chemical program, passivation and monitoring. The aim is to ensure stable protection of the installation, which can be confirmed by measurements and observation of trends.
Risk diagnosis
Fertilisers, rust, sediment and rising iron concentrations may result from different conditions. We evaluate oxygen, pH, conductivity, temperature, flow rate, materials and work history before we choose protection.
Dissolved oxygen and outside the correct range accelerate the corrosion of steel and the formation of local damage.
The deposits limit the inhibitor's contact with metal and form areas with other electrochemical conditions.
Different metals, inappropriate conditions after installation and wandering currents can change local corrosion risk.
One-time correction is not enough when water replenishment, load, temperature or dosing changes.
Effect for maintaining movement
The effectiveness of the program is assessed over time, combining water parameters with the state of installation and history of intervention.
Explore Corrosion MechanismsStable chemical conditions reduce the rate of degradation and the development of local corrosion outbreaks.
Proper surface preparation and passivation help protect the exposed metal.
The determined parameters and frequency of the checks allow the change of conditions to be noticed in advance.
Reports combine water measurements, dosing, inspections and events relevant to the durability of devices.
Protection programme
The security is to operate under the actual conditions of the bet. We determine not only the treatment product, but also the method of surface treatment product, dosing, measurements and response to deviations.
EntryDescription of the installation, materials and water results
We recognize materials, fault sites, water quality, temperature, flow and existing protective actions.
When needed, we plan to remove corrosion products, cleaning and conditions for correct passivation.
We determine inhibitor functions, dosage, target parameters, point of administration and automation requirements.
We control water, iron, dosing, surface appearance and operational data and update the program with a change of process.

Control points
The range of measurements depends on the installation. We select parameters that help evaluate the corrosion mechanism and confirm the protection.
pH, conductivity, hardness, alkalinity, chlorides, sulphates, dissolved oxygen and iron, depending on the system.
Temperature, pressure, flow, stops, load variation and share of fresh water in circulation.
Pump performance, control signals, injection point, alarms, treatment product stock and actual consumption.
Inspections, coupons or corrosive probes, thickness measurements, corrosion products and leak history.
FAQ
Diagnosis, inhibitors, passivation, measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the program.
Not always. If the surface is covered by scale, corrosion or process sediment, the treatment product may not reach the metal evenly. First we evaluate the surface condition and the need to prepare the installation.
We combine water analysis, materials, temperature, flow, damage sites and work history. Depending on the system, we also use viewing, thickness measurement, iron in water, coupons or corrosive probes.
Most often after installation, welding, repair or chemical cleaning, when the surface requires the manufacture or restoration of a stable protective layer. The technology is selected for the material and the purpose of the installation.
The frequency depends on the importance of installation, variation of load, quality of additions and stability of automation. At the beginning of the implementation, measurements are usually carried out more frequently and after stabilisation, the operating rhythm is determined.
We evaluate the trend of water parameters, the concentration of iron, the consumption of the treatment product, the results of surface measurements and the history of the failure. A single sample is not enough for a reliable security confirmation.
