Is the initial consultation free of charge?
Yes. The first technical conversation is used to recognize installation and problem. It does not oblige to purchase chemistry or service.
What should be prepared before contacting us?
Just the type of installation, a brief description of the symptoms and contact the person who knows her daily work. If you have water results or media consumption data, it is worth keeping them for conversation.
When is it better to call rather than write?
At the risk of stopping, sudden deterioration of cooling, leakage or a problem requiring rapid technical evaluation, it is best to call directly.
Audit and programme
What does a technical audit involve?
The range is determined for installation. It may include water analysis, inspection of equipment, metering assessment, automation data and media costs. The result is translated into concrete actions.
Does KCAQUA replace the treatment chemicals currently in use?
In many installations we do, but we do not make this decision without analysing working conditions. The program is selected for the quality of water, materials, loads and technical purpose.
When can the effects of implementation be assessed?
Water parameters change immediately, and water savings can be seen as early as 24 hours after starting dosing. Descale is a process spread over time and can take up to a few months, depending on the state of the installation.

Which systems does KABI CHEMIE support?
We work on steam boilers, condensers, cooling towers, technological circuits, exchangers and reverse osmosis installations.
Does a thin layer of scale really matter?
Yes. Even thin sludge reduces heat exchange, can increase energy consumption and accelerate the risk of overheating or service problems. The scale of the effect depends on the particular installation.
Can a chemical treatment programme reduce water use?
Maybe if the installation allows you to safely maintain more favourable operating parameters. First we check water quality and device limits, and then we optimize blowdown or discharges.

Do you support industrial facilities throughout Poland?
Yes. KABI CHEMIE performs audits, implementation and technical care in industrial plants throughout Poland. The scope and date of the visit are determined after the initial diagnosis of the installation.
Does cooperation have to begin with a full audit?
No. The first step may be a short conversation, an assessment of available data, or a water analysis. We offer a full audit when needed for a safe decision.
What do we receive after the system assessment?
We indicate the sources of risk, the recommended range of activities, the measurements needed and the method of assessing the effect. If we do not see the justification for implementation, we are talking about this explicitly.
